I can only add to the complaints....I have seen the service standards declining in just 2 years. I have lodged written complaints on the poor facilities and lack of training of the shop floor staff in the LuluHypermarket Karama, but that did not even evoke an acknowledgement from the management let alone any action to bring about improvement.

This is in reference to your mail related to the promotion held at Lulu Hypermarket – Al Rai, Kuwait on 31 January 2010.

We would like to state that four decades ago Lulu Hypermarket had started business and now is spread over 3 continents with 83 outlets and all this was only possible with reputation for ethics, integrity and customer satisfaction of millions of beloved customers like you. Promotions at Lulu Hypermarkets are held with most transparency and draws are conducted in the presence of authorities from the concerned government departments, customers and media personnel. Now the major draws are even telecasted on major television channels.

Our Kuwait office had received complaint regarding this draw and had replied to customer and the matter was resolved satisfactorily. It is unfortunate that though this case was resolved months ago, the mail is still been circulating with a malicious intension to degrade the goodwill of Lulu Hypermarket. Moreover the promotion was jointly done with M/S Al Zahem Malhotra and Lulu on selected brands.
