When an establishment spread over like LULU, thats the time to do some thing wrong by the staff. Example, in Dubai Karama Lulu the staff was very friendly in 90s.after 15 years the staff has become the worst. They are looking to the customer like enemy. supermarket, ceter, etc same style. For ur kind information now days in Karama people are shopping with ather markets. I am residing in karama since 1991.
