So called Majority now is not a majority because, the total vote received to all other candidates are much more than the winner. Or in other words, the winner is not getting the support of more than 50% of the voter. This is the reason for unstable government..        ARE WE IN A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY? Abraham P.Chacko
