For Managers we required Minimum 15 Years of Experience & all the candidates should have minimum5 years experience in thermal power plantspreferably in large units more than 130 MW (Single Turbine), computer skills is an advantage.
Experience must be in Only Steam turbine Plant (Maintenance Field)
Capacity of the Plant must be more than 130 MW.
Qualification & Experience
In general, Qualification for senior positions is minimum University Graduate and more than 10 years experience in the large scale Thermal power plants / RO / Water Desalination Plants
For junior positions, Diploma / Certificate and minimum 5 years experience in the respective field.
CHEMIST : Having experience in carrying out Water, Steam and Oil analysis
I&C ENGINEER Having extensive experience in dealing with DCS, PLC, Boiler, Turbine and Generator in large Thermal power plants
MACHINIST Having experience in Thermal power plant or Petrochemical industry
MAINTENANCE MANAGER Having RO / Water Desalination maintenance management experience. Capable of working with SAP or similar work management system
MECHANICAL ENGINEER Having extensive maintenance experience in Thermal power plants or Petrochemical industry
OPERATIONS MANAGER Having RO / Water Desalination operations experience. Capable of managing all aspects of shift affairs
SHIFT CHARGE ENGINEER Capable of running Thermal power plant, Boilers, Turbines and Generators of large units + having RO / Water Desalination experience. Capable of managing all aspects of shift operations
