Dear All,
I am holding 2 Policies of LIC of India. I have registered my name to make use of the 'on line' facilities provided by LIC. Unfortunately I misplaced the paper on which the user ID and Passwords are recorded. I was in abroad for 2 months and could not make the premium payment in time. I tried to create a new User ID and P/Word. But rejected saying that the policy is already registered.
When I contacted my Agent to get the details of my arrears, he told me now he is not providing policy services and he is interested only in customers remitting premium yearly.
Now I need advise and help in the following;
1) I would like to get the old User ID and Password to make the premium payment through 'net banking'. Is it possible?
2) I prefer, commission on account of my quarterly premium should not go to the Agent's account as he is not providing any kind of service to me. He is not interested in serving people like me paying premium quarterly. Can I change the Agent?
