Availing a loan from a Bank would be dicey, what resources are there to repay, even assuming a Bank would lend with only an agreement in lieu of title deeds. But the suggestion to find a buyer and take advance to fulfill the legal formalities, that is the only sensible option one has come across.
As the sale can materialize, Joby will be able to go in for a less pretentious abode, and will still have some dough left for furnishing.
Let us hope the offer is a valid one and was not a mere stunt.

കോഴിക്കോട് തൊട്ടില്‍പ്പാലത്തിനടുത്ത് ചാപ്പാം‌തോട്ടമെന്ന മലയോര ഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ മണ്‍‌ചുവരുകളുള്ള ഒരു ചെറിയ കുടിലാണ് ജോബിയുടെ വീട്. അതിനടുത്തു തന്നെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെയും പഞ്ചായത്തിന്‍റെയും സഹായത്തോടെ ലഭിച്ച ഒരു കൊച്ചുവീടും ജോബിയുടേതായുണ്ട്. പാടിക്കിട്ടിയ വലിയ വീട്ടിലെ താമസം ജോബിക്ക് ഒരു സ്വപ്നം മാത്രമായി അവശേഷിക്കുകയാണ്.
