yes off course this is an open forum net work... thats why people post their comments and Experience so that no body else will get cheated... now look Mr. R G. Sreekumar has assisted him  by giving the address of consumer court in kerala. life should be like that we should help others with what we have, it can be financially, by good knowledge and physically....

Very strange but I am confused is this forum a platform for promoting some brands and defame some firms.  Every individual will have choices basis their experience and heresay but those comments and suggestions could be conveyed through personal emials instead of putting it public.  If someone from the firm or associated with the firm sees that there has been an attack of defamation against their proprietorship and file a defamation suit against this social network due to one person's ignorance what do you say??

Celebrations like  marriages, come once in a lifetime. For such occasions, if I had been in your position, I would have gone to more reliable shops like "Seemaatti" or "Parthas". For gold items, old shops like "Bhima".... The sort of  shops you mention about came up in Kottayam years after .......and are branded as "B" class.....

They are always after fast bucks....Now sitting abroad in gulf, nothing much you / we can do about such incidents.

If I am right, I have heard some similar complaints about the same shop, few months back also. Like wise, in gold, "Chemmannoor Jewellers", are notorious. I am writing this because, at least some members will get benefitted by this...

I had a very bad experience with Emmanuel silks at kottayam  ( new showroom near collectorate  junction) , we did a shopping from this shop for my brothers wedding as well as some other purpose unfortunately after the very fist wash ( some are before wash )  we came to know that 95 % of cloths ( Textiles & Ready-mades)  quality is very poor …..

please not it was not low cost item we purchased  shirt cost 2500/- Pans cost 3800/- sarees cost 5000 above , churidar cost 3500 above ….

My brother approached them with this complaint , they  replace some item with same quality materials , as I am  back in Muscat I couldn't go and fight with them for  this cheating .

The way they are treating customers are appreciated , but they should not cheat there valued customers like this , we have to stop them to making us fools .

If any other friends had this kind of experience please share with this and let us react .
