I appreciate your concerns. Why dont we think on the otherway. If the customers have a sharing platform, different merchandise firms will behave better. Oytherwise what is the forum for the common customer.
why we are not hearing anything on consumer forums and their verdicts.
years back our business group has taken a joint decision - if any news of consumerverdictsagainst any firm is publishd in any newspaper, they will boycott that newspaper - by banningadvertisingand stopping circulation. It was effective
this is an opportunity to all business forms
there are many consumer sites in different countries and they are all very effective.
more people should come forward with their opinion.
