ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: ഉപാധികളോടെ എന്‍ഡോസള്‍ഫാന്‍ കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്യാന്‍ സുപ്രീംകോടതി അനുമതി നല്‍കി. രാജ്യത്ത് ഉല്‍പാദനം പൂര്‍ത്തിയായി ശേഖരിച്ചുവെച്ചിട്ടുള്ള 1090 ടണ്‍ എന്‍ഡോസള്‍ഫാന്‍ കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്യാന്‍ മാത്രമേ അനുമതിയുള്ളു.
കര്‍ശന നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളോടെ പരിസര മലിനീകരണമില്ലാതെ കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്യാം. കയറ്റുമതി നിരീക്ഷിക്കാനായി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ത്രിതല സംവിധാനം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും കോടതി നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു.
രാജ്യത്തെ എന്‍ഡോസള്‍ഫാന്‍ ഉല്‍പാദനത്തിനുള്ള നിരോധനം തുടരും. 1884 ടണ്‍ കയറ്റുമതിചെയ്യാനുള്ള ഓര്‍ഡര്‍ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും നിലവില്‍ രാജ്യത്ത് 1090.596 ടണ്‍ എന്‍ഡോസള്‍ഫാന്‍ മാത്രമാണുള്ളത്.
ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ സുരക്ഷയാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കണക്കിലെടുക്കേണ്ടതെന്നും ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റീസ് എസ്.എച്ച് കപാഡിയ അടങ്ങിയ ഡിവിഷന്‍ ബഞ്ച് നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു.
