Chef Ashley McCarthy created this Olympic set with over 15kg of Belgian chocolate. For the past seven years Ashley has made a chocolate piece to raise funds for the Martin House children's Hospice at Boston Spa and has raised over £3000 with his previous efforts. This latest work took him 30 hours to make before it was displayed at his pub/restaurant The Sun Inn at Colton near York where it is on show until Christmas Eve before it goes to the children at the Hospice where his work is smashed and eaten.
