[NewsToday] Anybody know how to block mobile by using the IMEI number

 

My phone has been stolen by somebody. How I can find / locate the phone with using the IMEI number  ? How I know who is using this phone? or How I can block globally the phone? it lost from Riyadh. 

Note : there is no sim card.  So the service provider's can't block it. 

Please advise.
