It is our experience that Etisalat Customer support has no matches in the world, in is un campariable
If you just visit any etisalat office in your town, they will assist you to solve this issue with in no time
You should approach the accounts department

For the last two years I am usingthisnumberand my annual subscription renewal date is in February only.because of this sms onlyI recharged.

Approximately more than 40 times I called in the customer care and everytime they are telling my complaint is under process.

I don't know what type of customer care they are providing , see it almost 2 weeks is over

I am going to circulate the same email to each and every persons in the Uae and kindly send suggestions if any
