You see i work in the food Commissioners office in Bangalore, the rule is that BPL(Below poverty line) APL(above poverty line), below who have income less than 12000 thousand annully, and ther is a rule that people eligle for APL in possesion of BPL will taken to criminal task, hence my advice is you go for an APL card the same is what i have.
