Even i traveelled many time in Air Arabia, but the thing is they do not given back the money,but you can use the amount for the next travel with in a year....please call Air arabia call center and given the ticket no's means like....werico and wericik will be there, when ever you want to travel again pleae tell that i have some balance amount with air arabia and give the ticket no. so tht you can pay the fare difference....

on the same day i went to Air Arabia Office at Dammam for refunding the amount but the costumer care is told me that this ticket is purchasing by internet so they cannot possible for refunding, they advice me that go with Air Arabia site and send a email to them regarding our issue. on the same day we send a mail to Air Arabia and i got replay from after 4 days and they also asking for our credit card # for refunding the amount.on their request i send the credit card number.But after that i don't receive any information from Air Arabia; now its finish 1 month, i send two times reminder to them but until now I don't receive any information from there side or not refunded the amount.

if any possible to get back my money? some body help me or tell me any solution what I need to do for this....?
