Dear All, Thank you for this information. I am facing genuine problem after the purchase of a second hand motorcycle from Trichi. its a 76 model Bullet. As I ma presently settled at Bangalore the transfer of registration to Karnataka RTA has to be done. Its almost Six months now that I waiting for an NOC from the motor vehicles department and I was told that it might take some time. recently I was informed from a reliable source that these applications for NOC will be forwarded to the Crime Investigations Department of India, New Delhi due to security reasons.
