[www.keralites.net] Can the group members help resolve my exit-rentry issue?

Dear group members,

I am facing a strange problem to secure exit-re-entry visa for  my wife. The jawazath says that the money I am paying for the exit - renetry visa does not appear in their system. This is because the iqama is locked for accepting the payment.  This lock was created due to an erroneous refund of exit -reentry fees  made on this iqama number  from my bank account long time back.

The bank has accepted the complaint  and they say that they have forwarded it to national information centre for clearing the blockage, however it is taking a very long time. It is more than a month but no reply is received.

Have any one faced similar problems or know someone who have faced such blockage of iqama for exit reentry so that it can help me in resolving the problem and get an exit re entry visa at the earliest.

Jawazath says that the bank must first remove the block for amount deposited on the iqama to appear in their system to process the exit reentry visa

Is there any way out?

Members suggessions to resolve this situation is highly appreiciated as we are facing real tough time as I can not get exit reentry visa for my wife and she is in an emergency to go.
