Reference above news item, it is a matter of shame for the Government, which has all the law implementing agencies at its disposal to admit that it has surrendered before the militant trade unions in the matter of "Nokku Kooli" and has failed to implement its policy of taking sand from the dams. If this is the fate of the government, what we can expect from this government to protect the ordinary people  from these Gunda trade unions' diktats demanding "Nokku Kooli".
