Hello,
Me too agree with the comments of Mr. Raj Kumar, If somebody has any bad experiences, and if they could share it on such forums it will be a guideline for all who are reading it. Its not the matter of promoting any shops or defeating some of them as far as we don't have any relation with that shop owners. Any of the shops even its A or B, we are paying these much of high prices from our hard work earnings. So we have the right to loud voice against them if we are not getting services up to the amount we paid. and its a fact that as a consumer we have right to file petion aginsat them, in consumer court too.
Regards,
Subin Thomas

Dear Mr.Jolly Jacob,
disagree with ur point of view, since every person can share their own shopping experience whether it is negative or positive, with other like-minded people thru forum or any other communication channel, as they are dissatisfied customers...and social network is not responsible for it....as such question of filing a defamation case against the network does not arise... Every individual will have choices basis their experience and heresay but those comments and suggestions could be conveyed through personal emials instead of putting it public. If someone from the firm or associated with the firm sees that there has been an attack of defamation against their proprietorship and file a defamation suit against this social network due to one person's ignorance what do you say?? think about it. thanks jolly jacob ----- Original Message ----- Sent: Sunday, February 06, 2011 8:44 AM
Hi there, Celebrations like marriages, come once in a lifetime. For such occasions, if I had been in your position, I would have gone to more reliable shops like "Seemaatti" or "Parthas". For gold items, old shops like "Bhima".... The sort of shops you mention about came up in Kottayam years after .......and are branded as "B" class..... They are always after fast bucks....Now sitting abroad in gulf, nothing much you / we can do about such incidents. If I am right, I have heard some similar complaints about the same shop, few months back also. Like wise, in gold, "Chemmannoor Jewellers", are notorious. I am writing this because, at least some members will get benefitted by this... best of luck and have a great day ahead... My brother approached them with this complaint , they replace some item with same quality materials , as I am back in Muscat I couldn't go and fight with them for this cheating . The way they are treating customers are appreciated , but they should not cheat there valued customers like this , we have to stop them to making us fools . If any other friends had this kind of experience please share with this and let us react . -- Thanks & Regards, Raj. Kumar
