Dear Roopesh,
You can approch the concerned IT officer and produce the proof of new residential address and convince him regarding your IT refund issue.They will issue new cheque and will sned to your new address.
I also experienced the same problem and they re-issued the cheque.

Dear team

    Myself Roopesh. I was waiting for the It refund from the incometax department. Finally I came to know that the checque is expired because it is not collected within 90 days and not submitted in the bank. It is because of I changed the residential address.

  Can anyone tell me how can i get the cheque or the amount need to credited to the account.
