Re: [www.keralites.net] Bank Guarantor problem

Dear Sir,
Bank might have taken Guarantee documents signed by you along with your cheque at the time of granting the loan. So even if you do not keep any balance in your account, making it difficult for the bank to encash the cheque and recover their dues, bank can still proceed against you as you are the Guarantor for the loan. Therfore persuade your friend to repay the loan promptly

Dear Members

I submitted one cheque in a bank as guarantor for my friend personal loan, now he is not paying his down payment properly, in this case bank people ask to me pay the due amount otherwise bank make a trouble for you.

So please advise me how can withdraw my check from bank. Or any proper solution.

Thanks & Regards
