Dear Sir, Bank might have taken Guarantee documents signed by you along with your cheque at the time of granting the loan. So even if you do not keep any balance in your account, making it difficult for the bank to encash the cheque and recover their dues, bank can still proceed against you as you are the Guarantor for the loan.
