Re: [www.keralites.net] Bank Guarantor problem

Dear Saji,  Remember that the borrower and guarantor are jointly and severally liable to discharge the loan to the bank. unless and until the borrower discharges the entire liability, you are also equally liable to pay off the loan amount. Only thing you can do is to compel your friend (borrower) to pay the dues to the bank.  And also keep in mind that you are inviting a trouble when helping a friend like yours.

Dear Members

I submitted one cheque in a bank as guarantor for my friend personal loan, now he is not paying his down payment properly, in this case bank people ask to me pay the due amount otherwise bank make a trouble for you.

So please advise me how can withdraw my check from bank. Or any proper solution.

Thanks & Regards

 Saji
