SUCH THINGS ALWAYS HAPPEN WITH AIRTEL. REENTLY I HEARD A NEWS THAT A PERSON FROM TAMIL NADU COMPLAINED AIRTEL TO A POLICE STATION, STATING THAT HE CLICKED A LINK SENT BY AIRTEL ON MOBILE, WITHIN A SECOND, HE GOT A MESSAGE FROM THEM SAYING "THANKS FOR DOWNLOADING GAMES 150 KB" U HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 99. HIS ARGUMENT IS THAT, HOW CAN A GAME OF 150KB SIZE CAN BE DOWNLOADED WITHIN A SECOND, ALSO I DIDNT GET THE GAME. THIS IS THE SITUATION OF AIRTEL... TAKE CARE AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBSCRIBING NOT ONLY AIRTEL BUT ALSO FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR.... BEST REGARDS AAZIQ MOHAMED

friends another cheating with airtel 2 yrs ago, an airtel man approached me to take a new connection since they were putting new cable there and they didn't get any customer there. I took connection - phone with broadband. recently I shifted my house to 500m away and I requested the customer care executive for a transfer. I gave a written request and also registered to their helpline for the same. 2 days later one guy identified as manager called me to arrange one more connection there, though it is not my duty, I arranged the same. later he called me and asked me to surrender my old connection and ask for a new connection by spending another 2000 and forget about the previous deposit. I refused. I complained to their office, but no response except certain sorries what do I do
