It is difficult to say whether you want treatment for high uric aid levels or for joint stiffness. With limited information you given I can only guess you are having symptoms of gout. High uric acid level which may cause gout. My recommendation is consult a physician and to stay under his/her care. There is no scientifically proven medicine to reverse the condition, but there are medicines to control symptoms during attack of gout and to prevent it from happening. You mat find a lot of "quacks" who disagree with above statement. One of the troubles you may come across is kidney stones. Look at this link in Wikepedia for more information. Do not get alarmed by pictures. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gout Do not buy any medications for this without consulting a physician. Your physician you prescribe you best medications suitable for your life style and depends on your allergies. Thank you.

Avoid Red meatr, shell fish, excess starch, and drinks like cola ,
Its very common and easily controllable with committment
Every six weeks you have to get it checked,
No Uric is the tablet and its inexpensive, consult an internist and get direct advise from him,
So good luck
