It seems something abnormal. How it happened that your Ration Card in APL and your family (wife and children) in BPL ?
When did you get the Ration Card i.e. how many years ago ? You have noticed it now only.
As you know the APL & BPL is classified on the basis of monthly Income. Therefore please clarify the following:-
1. Why you want to change to BPL from APL ?
2. Where do you work ? What is your job ?
3. What is your monthly income in amount ?
4. What is the monthly income of your family members ?
Please furnish the above information, then anyone from the Group can help you.
OR you can furnish the information to your Village Office and obtain an Income Certificate from Village Officer.
Then you need to apply to Taluk Supply Office to get your Ration Card changed.

I need a help regarding BPL List, I am staying in Idukki dist and my family included in the BPL list and it is available in net as well as in panchayath office. but my ration card is APL. so i cannot claim for any BPL fecilities. what could i do for changing my ration card from APL to BPL. Please advice me
