I m really sorry to hear your plight.

I did experience something like this but not to this extent.

Anyways my advice would be to go to their corporate office and get this sorted out.

And meanwhile address your issue in the Gulf news wherein they have a coulmn for public greivances.

I m sure no one will want to spoil their reputation and will immediately come up with a solution.
