[www.keralites.net] Cement Oxide applying - help request

Requesting advice to  apply cement oxide on my non covered terrace area with some kind of design with different colours and or texturing.

Experts, experienced hands please advice me how to effectively apply it for long lasting durable way.

Let me also know if there is any compatible product available for non-slippery and anti-algae cost-effective solution for such purpose.
