When you receive the bank statement call the bank and ask for a dispute form and make a dispute for the transaction saying the transition had happened two times. Then the bank will contact Air Arabia and try to solve your issue.

Dear Friends good day,'m a member of this community please read my problem on below and help me please.....

I have a problem with Air Arabia. when i make a booking with Air Arabia by internet after finishing the booking server is down and the internet restart automatically there is a message showing on Air Arabia site your transaction is not completed please make a new booking.when i saw this message from Air Arabia I'm making a new booking. but after 30 minutes i got two tickets by email for the same guy, same flight, same day and the second day i check the bank statement they are also charged for two tickets.

on the same day i went to Air Arabia Office at Dammam for refunding the amount but the costumer care is told me that this ticket is purchasing by internet so they cannot possible for refunding, they advice me that go with Air Arabia site and send a email to them regarding our issue. on the same day we send a mail to Air Arabia and i got replay from after 4 days and they also asking for our credit card # for refunding the amount.on their request i send the credit card number.But after that i don't receive any information from Air Arabia; now its finish 1 month, i send two times reminder to them but until now I don't receive any information from there side or not refunded the amount.

if any possible to get back my money? some body help me or tell me any solution what I need to do for this....?
