You can make a dream home through any of the model getting from magazine IF you are planing ecconomical building.Dont spend more money for Architects.Construction cost will varie depend on the place you choose.You have any doubts about construction or costs,I can help you

u dont need an architect for such a small project. it is an extra expenditure. u will get readymade plans off the shelf. buy such a book from any
bookshop. find a reliable engineer/contractor in your area and with his help modify the plan to suit requirement. get estimate and start
construction. supervise work at each stage.

My dear friend,   Find a good architect to built a house for you. Tell what all requirements you are looking for. You save money and space and cost more than the fees you pay to him/her. Most of us make house once in our life time. Do not take chance with your hard earning.
