Dear Mr Prakash,   Your "sentiments" are very well apprteciated. But at the same time, also try to understand that " the flat promised infront of the crowd" (as you said) , was given to Jobby. The builders and the channel have kept up the promise. When you are going to buy a flat or a house, how can you ask the "seller" to pay for the "registration charges" and the "capital gain taxes" ..?
