RE: [www.keralites.net] ഇത് അത്യാവശ്യമായിരുന്നു.......????

Hello Mr Sanal,

Dont feel hurt or feel embarrassed when I say that, you are deviating too much from the fact and reality ! I tried to read your post many times before trying to understand what you were actually trying to covey . But inspite of my repeated attempts,  I could not understand the following few points.

1. Are you trying to convey the message that, those government employees who are woking in Kerala are not getting married ? Are they not running the families ?

2. Are you trying to convey the message that all government employees daughters are remaining unmarried ?

2. What is the relation between the "topic in question" and the "dowry system" ? Just because that somebody, agreed with the order by the court regarding the "long leave
facility" of government employees, do you expect them to stop the social menace of Dowry in Kerala ? Whats the actual connection, I dont understand...really...

3. Did anybody object to your idea of going abroad and earning money for the sake of your daughters marriage  or dowry ? no problem there...go ahead.....nobody can block you from  doing that. .but when you are going on leave, you are blocking another prospective employee's opportunity, wherein you are blocking the chance for another poor jobless person and thus devoiding him of an opportunity  for earning the daily bread for his family.... thats the problem here..try to understand.... Who said , you should not go and mint money ? Nobody said like that. Go ahead......have a merry time..and come back rich....richer or richest.

4.  Regarding the PSC exam, lesser we talk about it, the better .  I dont want to elaborate again, as I am sure that "you and me" would have had the experience of writing it. In addition, I had written about my feeling toward the PSC exam in my earlier posts.. so dont want to repeat it here.

Regards to all.

Dear Members,

I would like to say that these are all the opinion of those who failed to get a govt job in Kerala. It is not that easy to get a job in Kerala eventhough the payment is well below that from other states. At present it is very difficult to survive with such low payments. Let those who are getting oportnities abroad go and earn something for their family. Why you people are opposing those guys like me who worked hard for the govt without accepting anything illegal for years and took leave and tried my luck abroad for making a home and for earning something for my daughters. Is anyody who argued against us are willing to fight against the dowry system and compulsory fund collection of unions. Do any of you sincerely say that you can advice your kids to marry low paid  employees without dowry??

I will request you to read today's Malayala Manorama Metro Edition (Calicut) regarding acute shortage of nurses in Beach Hospital due to some being on maternity leave (which is a matter of right ) and more numbers being on long leave and working abroad. Think of poor patients who can't even dream of a private hospital. If a A grade overseer in Kerala is leading beggars life what about LDC's etc. Do we have A and B grade beggars also. It is unfortunate several organizations who are opposed to raising retirement age of government employees are silent on this matter .

Closing with Prayers for your well being.

Dear Mr. Saheer

Why you want to stick on to to the job which makes you live like a beggar? Throw away the job of overseer  and  continue  in the job in the Gulf which will make you a millionaire. There are people in Kerala who do not mind taking up your job of overseer  and live like a beggar.

It is a wrong message which is being spread about the leave entitlement of state govt employees that they are eligible for pension for their period of emplyment abroad. Those who are on such leave are as good as they are not in service, That period is not counted when calculating pension. Govt need to pay not a single paisa to those individuals in the form of any kind of pay and allowances, for the leave period. There is also an instruction that the public service commision can take that as a generated vacancy and recruite a new employee. Why are all the people in kerala are much worried on there, including the law machinery?!!!
I am working as a First grade overseer in kerala PWD in my age of 43 and does any one think that I and my family can survive with the 12000 rupees of pay? I do not want to be corrupt and dont want to go after bribe, and for that reason I am here abroad. What do the people want, come back and live there like a begger having no guts to demand bribe?
Saheer
