The Mexican village of San Martin Texmelucan near Puebla was shaken up by a pipeline explosion at 5 a.m. local time. The pipeline was maintained by state oil monopoly Pemex. The cause of the explosion is not yet known. It is thought more than 20 people were killed in the explosion.
