Pasta with smoked meat chunks

This is a very tasty and different recipe. The smoked meat gives a flavour of bar b que.
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled pasta
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (peeled and very finely chopped)
- salt.
- 2 tsps green chillly paste
- 4 tbps of tomato ketchup
- 2 tsps chilly sauce
- 1/2 kg meat cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp ginger,garlic paste
- 1/2 lemon
- corriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbps oil
Directions
- Wash meat and boil in a pressure cooker with 1 1/2 cups of water, salt and ginger, garlic paste till done .Add lemon and dry up the water. Take out in a bowl .
- Put a tsp of ghee in the middle,place a burning piece of charcoal on it and close immediately with a tight fitting lid,make sure the smoke doesnt escape from the sides. Leave it aside.
- Meanwhile, heat oil,add onions, saute till pink.
- Add tomato, and green chilly paste,braise on medium heat till tomato pulppy.
- Add boiled pasta,tomato ketchup and chilly sauce,mix well.
- Add smoked meat and corriander leaves, mix and check salt.
- Serve hot .
