Re: [www.keralites.net] Beware !!! Tax Refunds mail- SCAM !!

Why the Government department dealing with the scam mail cannot book these people involved in such scam? They can very well trace them as a tax payer. In one of the Nigerian, UK scam, I followed their instructions and got the details of their bank account, phone number and relevant details to book them and passed it to the Police. Rather than booking them, they were after me to get some favour for them. Another case, I got the details of UK schemer and the UK Police wanted our police mail because I am in India. I informed our Police and remained them 2 times. Nothing happened. I am ashamed of our own corrupt system.

Dear Colleagues,

Refer below content of email, in case you receive any such email from Income Tax department informing about your refund please ignore. Just be aware that no institution / organisation will ever ask for your bank login-id / password or credit card details thru email or Phone.

When you click on the link "CLICK HERE", it takes you to
http://beauxartsschool.com/webalizer/web/1/refunds/index.html?id=refund which looks like a fishy website, as IT Dept websites will always have https or .in or .gov in the web address.

If you select AXIS BANK/ HDFC BANK or any other bank, it will take you to respective Bank's Homepage but 'the web url address stills remains of http://beauxartsschool.com.
