yes this is cheating, it happened to me, i received a message from 12630033 stating that "Thank you for choosing BSNL music station for Rs 19 PM and enjoy non stop music at 30 ps/min" and gets Renived every month, when a person has GB's of memory space in the phone to load MP3 songs will any body pay 30ps/min and listen to the music Ha Ha....
even after repeated complaints they are still cutting 19 Rs every month. waiting for mobile portability......

It is the trouble faced with Vodofone and airtel too Vodofone sends some jokes and as an idiot when I clicked it they say congrats and let us go to the next. By mistake if you press ok Rs 5 /- is deducted. when I called the Customer Care they simply laughed at me and told me to delete it. This is a day time robbery, buying us blindly
They have bribed the govt with huge fortunes. From where they can collct The money

Now I am informed by SMS from their Service Number 12630033 that an amount of Rs.19 has been cut from my account towards Mobile Radio Service , for which also I have never subscribed. Similar practices are common with other Private Mobile Phone providers. It is a pity that the "cancer" has infected BSNL also which was believed to be TRANSPARENT hitherto being a public sector undertaking.
