Dear All,
U people are telling that the subcription packs has been activated in your account without your concern, the same is getting activated through 2 ways, one is auto dialer and the other through sms, if u get the auto dialer sometimes even though without any response from your side the same will be get activated and if u r cutting the call while u know it is a autodialer it wont get activated and by sms only if u reply to the service provider the same will be get activated, also if it is the fault from the company side the company is responsible for the cancellation and refund of that amt deducted, this problem is facing most telecom company. All of them will have some faults its natural, but u cant tell that they are turning Fraud..

Yes. We too had such miserable experience with BSNL Karnataka division broadband service. They have their subsidiery in the name of hungama and charge the gullible public who gave their email id unknowingly to the glib talk of marketing people over BSNL phone line. We had to fight with and get back part of the money charged with great difficulty. We are yet to get back the amount deducted fully. Never get trapped to BSNL marketing people phone calls.

Subject: [www.keralites.net] Is BSNL Turning FRAUD ?Is BSNL Turning FRAUD ?
BSNL is providing many Prepaid services like Job alerts, Mobile Radio etc. to those who subscribe. I am also a BSNL prepaid mobile phone customer (Saral Anant). I have never subscribed to any of their services and I used to get daily job alerts as SMS from their service number 53636 and I am charged Rs.30 per month !! By contacting BSNL Mobile Customer Service I got it deactivated/unsubscribed. Now I am informed by SMS from their Service Number 12630033 that an amount of Rs.19 has been cut from my account towards Mobile Radio Service , for which also I have never subscribed. Similar practices are common with other Private Mobile Phone providers. It is a pity that the "cancer" has infected BSNL also which was believed to be TRANSPARENT hitherto being a public sector undertaking.
