Dear friend ,
You are unnecessary worried, You send the kid to his grandmother first she can definitely help you and if possible you change the school since he is good in other activities you need not worry you ask your wife also to wait and teach him elementary things such as alphabets and numbers one should not teach a child since she/he reaches at an age of 8-9,it is a misconcept that he scores good in the primary clases where the syllabus is unscientific except in state syllabus. he is not interested that is why, my son was also like that but now he is a topper in the 11-12 th level ,he was poorest upto 5th standard.. ok .Let him play, PL TELL YOUR WIFE NOT TO WORRY AND KEEP HIM HAPPY .

Dear Frnds,
I am an Engineer working in UAE. My Wife and Kid is in Kerala. My Kid is studying in 2nd standard in a CBSE school. My wife is a teacher in the same school. He is facing learning disability problems. He does't have any concentration in study/he is easily forgetting what he studied. Moreover he is not attentive in the class.
He is very active in sports/games, computers etc......any other thing except studies
When i asked my frnds some are saying its too early to consult a doctor.......But teachers are insisting to consult a doctor as he is the least performing one in the class.
If any body can suggest a doctor in kerala/any other remedies, it will be very helpful.
