Hi Koshy,

You can :

• Create a Google Groups for your residence association
• Invite the flat owners to the group (by sending an invitation mail to their mail IDs)
• They have to accept the invitation to the group to get added to the group
• You can send a mail to all the owners in the group by entering just the group id to the 'To' field while composing a mail.
• The mail will be broadcasted to all the owners in the group.
