Hi Keralite friends!

I am planning to build a house in my property which is a square plot near to a paddy farm with road frontage. It is my dream to have a2-3 bed room villa there with no luxuary but essentiil amenities for a four member family living.My proposed budget is a maximum of 15 lacs. I request keralite friends who give expert comments and suggestion to many, to help me giving their valuable suggestion in this matter.
