Dear All, Thank you for this information. I am facing genuine problem after the purchase of a second hand motorcycle from Trichi. its a 76 model Bullet. As I ma presently settled at Bangalore the transfer of registration to Karnataka RTA has to be done. Its almost Six months now that I waiting for an NOC from the motor vehicles department and I was told that it might take some time. recently I was informed from a reliable source that these applications for NOC will be forwarded to the Crime Investigations Department of India, New Delhi due to security reasons. Can you advise how this can be obtained quickly. The taxes has been paid for life and is valid till 2015. Kind regards, Hemraj

വിദേശ രാജ്യത്ത് പോകുന്നവര്‍ക്കായി അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്സ് മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹന വകുപ്പ് നല്‍കും. ഇതിനായി നിശ്ചിത ഫോമില്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ അപേക്ഷകള്‍ സ്ഥലത്തെ ആര്‍.ടി.ഒ യ്ക്ക് നല്‍കണം. അപേക്ഷകര്‍ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പൗരനും ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്സ് ഉള്ള വ്യക്തിയുമാകണം. അപേക്ഷകന്‍ സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കാന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളും അവിടെ താമസിക്കുന്ന കാലയളവും അപേക്ഷയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരിക്കണം.
ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകള്‍:
1.പേക്ഷകന്റെ ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്സ്.
2. ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സിന്റെ രണ്ടു പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍.
3. മൂന്ന് പാസ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോകള്‍
4. പാസ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട്, വിസ, വിമാന ടിക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവയുടെ പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍.
5. 700 രൂപ ഫീസ് അടച്ചതിന്റെ രസീത്. ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്സ് പുതുക്കാന്‍
ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്‍സിന്റെ കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം ലൈസന്സ് പുതുക്കാനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കണം. കാലാവധി തീര്‍ന്ന് അഞ്ചുവര്‍ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാന്‍ ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്സ് പുതുക്കാനാകില്ല. എല്ലാ കടമ്പകളും കടന്ന് പുതിയ ലൈസന്സ് എടുക്കുകയെ പിന്നെ വഴിയുള്ളൂ.
കാലാവധി തീരുന്നതിന് ഒരുമാസം മുന്‍പോ ഒരു മാസത്തിനു ശേഷമോ ലൈസന്സ് പുതുക്കാന്‍ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കാം. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ കാലാവധി തീരുന്ന ദിവസം മുതല്‍ ലൈസന്സ് പുതുക്കി ലഭിക്കും. കാലാവധി തീര്‍ന്നശേഷം ഒരുമാസം കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ അപേക്ഷ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദിവസംമുതല്‍ ലൈസന്സ് പുതുക്കി ലഭിക്കും.
ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകള്‍
1. ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസന്സ്
2. അപേക്ഷാ ഫോം നമ്പര്‍ 9
3. ഫോം നമ്പര്‍ 1 ( ശാരീരിക ക്ഷമത സംബന്ധിച്ച സ്വന്തം സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം)
4. ഫോം നമ്പര്‍ 1 എ (ട്രാന്‍സ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട് വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഓടിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള മെഡിക്കല്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്്)
5. പാസ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോ- രണ്ടെണ്ണം
6. 250 രൂപ ഫീസും 50 രൂപ സര്‍വീസ് ചാര്‍ജ്ജും അടച്ചതിന്റെ രസീത്.
