well first of all there is no known treatment for vitiligo. Unfortunately the melanin in the skin stop producing pigment so the white patches.

why it happens the etiology is unknown. There is no strongly proven case where homeopathy has worked, but may be in some random cases it has worked by chance. Dr batra is the last person whom
you should go to as its totally commercialised. try a good dedicated homeopath who will do trial and error and choose the right medicine.

To be be frank with you, If it would have worked for all, there wont be vitiligo cases that is not cured. Remember its not a disease.
