Hi,

i thank all members given me suggestion regarding sbi account deactivation.

As suggested by most friends, i asked my brother to book a complaint against the branch (cheif manager) in complaint form in sbi website and send a mail complaint to deputy general manager, divisional manager and chairman sbi mumbai. Immeditiately one day after the complaint was sent, the bank official who neglected him earlier called him, said sorry for happened and took actions so that within an hour the money was transfered to his other account.
