Sirs,

Let me be frank in my opinion!  GOVERNMENT SERVANTS SHOULD NOT REPEAT - SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED - TO GO ON LONG LEAVE FOR FIVE, TEN, FIFTEEN YEARS. They can very well stick to the job they have already got while trying their luck.  Why Govt. of India is not allowing even a day's leave for working outside (be it in India or abroad)?  Because once you shift your dedication and loyalty to something other than to your assigned job, you are not worth it. 

Millions of educated people remain unemployed in Kerala and the luckiest people who could secure an employment in Govt. happily take leave for years and live merrily abroad!  this cannot be accepted.  if you dont want this job, simply forget and fully concentrate on your new lucrative job.  leave this "12000 cheap job" to those who work hard for a square meal.
