Kadai Chicken
Boneless chicken diced and cooked in a traditional Indian kadai with garden fresh tomatoes, fresh onions, ginger, garlic, fresh herbs and spices is a mouth watering delicacy. Try this recipe made simple.
Ingredients |
1. Chicken - ½ Kg 2. Oil - 2 tbspn 3. Finely chopped garlic - 8 to 10 cloves 4. Chicken masala powder- 2 tbspn 5. Chopped tomato (small size) - 250 gms, Chopped ginger (small size ) - 1 inch long, Chopped coriander leaves (small size )- ¼ cup 6. Salt- to taste 7. Kasthuri methi – 1 tbspn, Garam masala powder- ¼ tspn 8. Coriander leaves - a pinch |
Preparation |
01. Cut chicken in to small cubes, keep aside. 02. Saute garlic in a pan and add chicken masala powder and saute again . 03. Add item 5 and saute again. 04. Add chicken pieces with salt, cook in mild flame (do not add water). 05. When chicken cooked well add item 7, mix well and take away. 06. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. |
