then they slaughtered these dogs and cut off the tail

and offcourse boiled in hot water to remove the hair

( dirty water can imagine how the smell there

then they take the Viscera viscus (: viscera ) is an internal organ of an animal (including humans)

in particular an internal organ of the thorax or abdomen

. The viscera, when removed from a butchered animal, are known collectively as offal.

Internal organs are also known as "innards", or less formally, "guts"

(which may also refer to the gastrointestinal tract).

and they cut the head because its the most expensive dish

then they remove the remain hair in the legs with the fire

here the dog is ready to be cooked after its cut in small pieces
