ദല കേരളോത്സവം തനിമയും സംസ്‌കൃതിയും ഇഴചേര്‍ന്ന നാട്ടുത്സവം.ബലിപെരുന്നാള്‍ ദിനങളില്‍ (നവംബര്‍ 16 , 17 ദിനങളില്‍ )  വൈകിട്ട് 5 മുതല്‍ 10 വരെ..ദുബായ് ഫോക്ലോര്‍ സൊസൈറ്റി ഗ്രൗണ്ടില്‍

കേരള നിയമസഭ സ്പീക്കര്‍ കെ. രാധാകൃഷ്ണന്‍ മുഖ്യാഥിതിയായി എത്തുന്നു.

സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി വൈസ് പ്രസിഡണ്ട്‌ ശ്രീ. പ്രഭാവര്‍മയും ചടങ്ങില്‍ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്നു.
ഉത്സവ നഗരി വൈകീട്ട് 5 മുതല്‍ രാത്രി 10 വരെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നു.
