Hi Friends,

I am an Engineer on leave from Govt Service and now working in Abroad.I have two options to live a good life, go for bribe or accept a job with good remuneration in abroad, I am a God fearing person that is why I opt for abroad.During my leave period government is not spending a single penny for me,I have only the job security.Govt recruits new people from PSC for the post and at the time of cancellation of leave I have to wait for the vacancy,If all posts are occupied I cannot join in the service,This is the real thing but media and forums like this propagates wrong messages.If you people can compete with brilliant educated people definitely you will get a job in Govt Service and wil get leave for working abroad.This will create new opportunities to get job for youths in kerala as well as kerala will get more Forien Money.

How you say low salary..???
 
Salary of Class four sweepeer is more than Six thousand rupees.
Govt employees enjoy lot of benefits hollidays pention and minimum hours of working lot of trade union works and side business
In gulf countries salary of a labour is less than this and harsh working atmosphere.
this is allowed only in kerala not in central govt service or any other state
a wrong decision by our politicians to keep there union members happy.
Why you pepole are ready to pay  bribe 5-15 lakhs for a teacher post or a clerk post.
 
For sure I will admit my son to such a job after he studies the job, salary and everything.

Income of a Govt employee has solid proof. And the calculation of 45 rupees is just a foolishness. Even a begger in the street can earn more than that in a day.
 
You are right, I should have not opted for that job and thats what is going to happen in future. Do you think that those brilliant students who are going to come out of the colleges will waste their life for such a low salary?
 
Can you say that you will admit your son into such pay scale when he grows up?

If you canot survive with your salary why did you  apply for this job and join it ???
In india daily income of 43 crore people are below 45  rupees.

It is a wrong message which is being spread about the leave entitlement of state govt employees that they are eligible for pension for their period of emplyment abroad. Those who are on such leave are as good as they are not in service, That period is not counted when calculating pension. Govt need to pay not a single paisa to those individuals in the form of any kind of pay and allowances, for the leave period. There is also an instruction that the public service commision can take that as a generated vacancy and recruite a new employee. Why are all the people in kerala are much worried on there, including the law machinery?!!!
I am working as a First grade overseer in kerala PWD in my age of 43 and does any one think that I and my family can survive with the 12000 rupees of pay? I do not want to be corrupt and dont want to go after bribe, and for that reason I am here abroad. What do the people want, come back and live there like a begger having no guts to demand bribe?
