സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെ . കേരള സര്‍വ്വിസില്‍ നിന് ഒരാള്‍ ശമ്പളമില്ലാതെ ലീവേടുതല്‍ അയ്യള്‍ക്ക് ആ കാലയളവിലുള്ള ഒരു വിധ ആനോകൊല്യങ്ങളും കിട്ടുന്നതല്ല .ആ ലിവ്‌ വേക്കന്‍സി പുതിയ ഒഴിവ്വായി കണക്കകുകയും പി എസ സി ഇല നിന്നെ ആളെ എടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. പി എസ സി ലിസ്റ നിലവിലില്ലെങ്കില്‍ എമ്പ്ലോയ്മെന്റില്‍ നിന്ന് ആളെ എടുക്കും .അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ആ വേക്കന്‍സി പി എസ സി ക്ക് നോട് ചെയ്യും. ഇതെല്ലാം പതിനഞ്ചു ദിവസത്തിനകം നടക്കും ലീവ് എടുത്ത എമ്പ്ലോയിക്ക് ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന കാലയളവിലെ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ തിരികെ ജോയിന്‍ ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ ലഭുക്കും .ജോലി ചെയ്താ കാലയളവിലെ പെന്ശ്യനും
ഇനി പറയൂ എന്തആണ് ഇതില്‍ ഇത്ര വല്യ പാതകം ആരും ജീവിക്കുകയും ഇല്ല ആരെയും ജിവിപ്പിക്കുകയും ഇല്ല എന്ന മനോഭാവം അല്ലെ (CRAB SYNDROME) ഒരിക്കല്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജോലിക്ക് ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ട് കിട്ടാത്ത വ്യഥ ആണോ ,ഈ മെയിലുകള്‍ക്ക് പിന്നില്‍ ഈ പറയുന്ന മടിയന്മ്മരായ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജോലിക്കാര്‍ ലീവെടുത്ത മട്‌ു നാടുകളില്‍ എന്ത് മനോഹരമ്മായി ജോലി ചൈയ്യുന്നു
അപ്പോള്‍ കുറ്റം അവരുടയല്ല .സിസ്റ്റത്തിന്റെ യാണ്
നാഴികകു നാല്പതു ബന്ദും ,സകലദൈവങ്ങലുടെ പിരനാളിനും ചാവു അടിയന്ടിരങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ആവധി.കൂട്ടക്ഷരം എഴുതാന്‍ അറിയാന്‍ വയ്യതവനും RESERVATION ന്റെ പേരില്‍ ജോലി .(ഇവിടെയോ ,സ്ര്ടിഫിക്ക്ടുക്ലോക്കെ കൈയിലിരിക്കട്ടെ പണിയരിയാമോ ജോലി തരാം ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പുറത്തു പോകു )പൊതു സ്ഥലത്തെ പുകവലി നിരോധനം എന്തായി, പൊതു സ്ഥലത്തെ പൊതുയോഗ നിരോധനമോ ജഡ്ജി മാരുടെ WHIMS AND FANCIES അനുസരിച്ചാണോ ഉത്തരവുകള്‍ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുക
നിലവിലുള്ള നിയമങ്ങളെ വ്യാഖാനിക്കുകയല്ലേ വേണ്ടത്

My friend is purposely forgetting the employment situations in Kerala. You must remember that there are a lot of educated unemployed people in Kerala. If the salary is not sufficient to earn a living quit the job and find a better one. When you are occupying that job you are denying the chance for another person. Moreover,I don't think that such a provision to be an employee of a govt. machinery and work as an employee in anywhere else exists in other countries.
You must also understand the feelings of uneducated youth.

It is a wrong message which is being spread about the leave entitlement of state govt employees that they are eligible for pension for their period of emplyment abroad. Those who are on such leave are as good as they are not in service, That period is not counted when calculating pension. Govt need to pay not a single paisa to those individuals in the form of any kind of pay and allowances, for the leave period. There is also an instruction that the public service commision can take that as a generated vacancy and recruite a new employee. Why are all the people in kerala are much worried on there, including the law machinery?!!!
I am working as a First grade overseer in kerala PWD in my age of 43 and does any one think that I and my family can survive with the 12000 rupees of pay? I do not want to be corrupt and dont want to go after bribe, and for that reason I am here abroad. What do the people want, come back and live there like a begger having no guts to demand bribe?
