The wife's sister's husband can be called "co-brother". Like that husband's brother's wife can be "co-sister".

Then why not " co-father or co-mother?"

Only suggested, since there is nothing in any of the known dictionaries or lexicology.

Western culture does not give importance to families and social structures. So names for relationships beyond cousin, nephew, uncle are not defined. It is only in Eastern cultures where familial bonds are strong do you have separate names for mothers brother, father brother etc.
