Hello there,   Had noted the response. and am really happy that , at least "all is not lost " for such helpless parents. The KERALA STATE LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY with its vast net work in the Courts are helping to make people legally literate.  being one of the faculty members at Kozhikode Dt., I along with my friends conduct LEGAL LITERACY CLASSES FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS, KUDUMBA SREE UNITS, PANCHAYATHS, HIGH SCHOOLS, AND AT PLACES ON REQUEST BY ANGANWADI WORKERS ETC., LEGAL CLINICS AT VARIOUS PANCHAYATHS FOR IMPARTING FREE LEGAL AID, AND ALSO WE APPEAR IN COURTS ON BEHALF OF THOSE ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL CASES, WHERE HE/SHE IS NOT ABLE TO ENGAGE A LAWYER BASED ON THEIR REQUEST, FOR ANY FEMALE WHO IS ACCUSED OF ANY CRIME, GIRLS AND BOYS ETC. So try to get maximum information from all sources.  DO ASK FOR INFORMATION (BE IT FROM ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICE - CENTRAL OR STATE -, DEPARTMENTAL ORGANISATION, BANKS, PANCHAYATH, POLICE, COURTS ETC.)
