what u see is the cleaning cemetery work that people volunteer for the temple. It's the hard work that gonna take all day long to clean a lot of beared bodies. Some of those is still fresh flesh with fresh bones, So they have to boil them for separate flesh from bones for clean them and take them to better place.
as i said, It's a hard work and took along time to cleane every each bodies. So the temple cook free lunch for volunteer to thank them. Cleaning cemetery is the dirty stinky work but it's good for the temple to keep the cemetery area save from disese , it's religios actually
